We respect your right to be forgotten. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
What happens when you delete your account
- •Your email and account data are removed from our servers within 30 days.
- •All local diary, symptom, and preference data on your device is cleared immediately.
- •Any active Premium subscription is cancelled.
- •This action cannot be undone. You will need to create a new account to use LactoCheck again.
Request deletion by email
If you cannot access the app, you can request deletion by email. Enter your registered email and we will process your request.
